We leave on Saturday, wheather is all but good
On the Piave river, just 500 meters from the old custom tower
Here we are, just us and a crow
Lets see the Bushman
Blade lenght: 18,0 cm
Handle lenght: 13,0 cm
Steel: SK5
Blade thickness: 2,5 mm
Sheath: cordura
Wheight: 290 gr
Sheath is basic, just a sorto f pouch in cordura and plastic
On the front side a small pouch with velcro
On the back side the dangler, high 4 cm
The knife itself, 6 blade, for a better grip I used 3,5 metres of paracord
As probably you know the handle is just a conic tube, so you may use the knife as a spear
A small chopping on this rooth, not bad but the knife is just too light for a top quality job
Just after that we had a sorto f rain storm, so we gone to Tomo, a small village not so far
Than some shopping
Hope for a better tomorrow  CONTINUA
Sunday. Today is definitely better
Today thsi snmall river is so clean
So far the colours
No crows today, just ants 
Lets try again the bushman, need for some sticks
Now I cut them in different pieces
Cleaning and whittling
Now I cut the top truncating wood
Lets continue, iwill clena the others at home
No damage on the blade
Some cookies before back at home
Whittlings and clearing (on the right one was done with a Mora Triflex)
No damages on the blades
The Bushman is a good all-around knife. Is light despite the dimensions, as per the thickness just 2,5 mm. I found it not so great on chopping, too light and the shape of the handle didnt help, of course. Anyway is far good for woods of 3-4 cm diameter. Carving and whittling is not a breeze at all, always due to the handle shape. I higly recommend to use some paracord or other materials to improve grip. He holds an edge very well. SK5 steel is prone to rust easily, mine Bushman developed some rust spost on the microbevel just after a night. All in all an interesting knife, well built, and for 35 euros is hard to obtain more.
