Family campsites

Anyone know of a cheap but nice campsite close to a train station in Suffolk? Swmbo wants to camp this summer and we will travel by train from Norwich.

What kind of campsite are you looking for (facilities, location, open fires ok, etc?)
Can you cope with a 15 mins cab ride from the station?

Must have toilets apart from that not fussy.

This one has really good facilities, and is near some great forest and heath land. Right on the cliffs above the beach. Not that cheap though...

This one allows fires and has some woodland pitches...

The last one is on a bus route but a tad too close to home. Thanks still looking about.

I know that the first one is situated in an area where you can book a "community taxi" type van, very cheaply. I've got the telephone number somewhere.
Second one would only be 10 mins in a cab from the station I reckon.
Sure there's lots more. BTW Some youth hostels also allow camping in the grounds. Good option for family hols as you have the use of the hostel facilities too.

Yes it's a commercial site, but it's for a family holiday, and there's also an era of woodland pitches where you can even swing a tarp, and light fires.
