Had just about the most stressful time of my life yesterday when with 10 minute to go, the solicitor phoned up with a problem...

It's resolved now and we exchanged this morning... Completion on the 30th

Spandit sorry I have been away for a while and might have missed something but are you moving to a house, flat, farm, a rather large shoe that was previously inhabited by a old woman?

It's a small holding. Used to be a farm but a lot of the land has been sold off. Had a great walk round it today with the dogs, found plenty of hammocking spots & discovered an old concrete pad close to where I was planning on pitching camp which will prevent fire scars and overgrowth.

We exchanged on our new house today too. Not quite a smallholding, but a big step up for us so very excited.

It's more than I thought we could ever have. I am going to have to share the house with my in-laws, mind, but we get on well and it's round-the-clock child and dog care!
