Hi folks, new member here.
I have long enjoyed spending time in the outdoors. I predominately spend my time game fishing but I have taken a keen interest in some camping. Most of what I have done is wild camping but fairly luxurious, still having bbq's and not being miles away from the car. However, after a while at this I quite fancy the idea of a good hike and getting right off the beaten track to some really wild and remote locations.
I have joined this forum in the hope that I can receive some help regarding equipment required for wild camping in the scottish highlands, and possibly some approximate locations regarding where may be a good place to start my wild camping.
