Agreed, some excellent tips in there.
Two things I did notice:
On meeting a grizzly bear you are advised to climb 4m up a tree. If it then attacks, lie down and spread your legs. How do you manage this when 4m up a tree?
In the spiders section, they include the hobo spider,
Tegenaria agrestis, which is harmless, but has a whole history of myths attached to it, all of which seem to be based on confusing 'agrestis' with 'aggressive'.
T. agrestis occurs in the UK and Europe, and is not regarded as remotely dangerous on this side of the Atlantic.
