Agreed, some excellent tips in there.
Two things I did notice:
On meeting a grizzly bear you are advised to climb 4m up a tree. If it then attacks, lie down and spread your legs. How do you manage this when 4m up a tree?
In the spiders section, they include the hobo spider, Tegenaria agrestis, which is harmless, but has a whole history of myths attached to it, all of which seem to be based on confusing 'agrestis' with 'aggressive'. T. agrestis occurs in the UK and Europe, and is not regarded as remotely dangerous on this side of the Atlantic.
None of which should detract from the overall value of the link.

Just spent a happy half hour reading this and following links. Very entertaining and a few useful tips too. I found the mossie info particularly useful- has anyone done anything similar on highland midgies?
