I have a couple of spare days after an event near Oswestry, Shropshire, and am wondering if anyone can recommend any campsites within an hour or two that are Bushcrafter friendly? A nice wooded site that allows open fires would be the ideal, but am open to suggestions.

Preference is for somewhere either south, or Southeast of Oswestry. I am ultimately heading back to Kent, and would like to head more towards home than away (hence not wanting to venture into Wales.

Any ideas?

I probably should have said, this will be in early May, not under the current conditions...
