yeah it was. had a bit of trouble finding it but when we did swmbo couldnt get me out. it become a tough game of damage limitation with the spending

mate i live in matlock (well just down the road) and i had trouble finding it! you should call in for a cuppa the next time you're up here on a shopping spree

Glad you all had a good time. The Identity store is quite handy for me for bits and bobs as Im driving past regularly, and it does take some finding the first time round.
Glad this rain didn't come all day yesterday!

Went on Saturday, guess I chose the better day weather wise. It was my first time at this show, and I really enjoyed it. It seemed that people had more time to chat and demonstrate than was the case at the Bushcraft Show. Had a good chat to Addo (and probably others from BCUK, but I don't yet recognise people from their forum names!) about spoon courses and other things. I was really impressed at the range of crafts represented.

If anyone on here is involved in the organisation of the event, please pass on my thanks!

Glad you had a good time Keith, and to have had the chat. That's what we try to do over the weekend, as its not all about sales but getting folks inspired with what can be done in the woods. I really enjoy working there throughout the year when I get chance and the woodland festival seems to fit this site best out of the ones we have used.
Bushcraft is good part of it too and it is popular with the folks behind the scenes who work hard to put it together. I'll pass on your comments fella
