Ummm. Read the title of the thread. Unless my English is rubbish it says egg sandwich. Just thought I'd give you my recipe.

Nah. In Mississippi we’d use molasses instead of Aunt Jemima’s. And never marshmallows. We might change the egg to one scrambled with hog brains though.

To be serious, that does sound good!

My main and only isdue with a trad egg sandwich is the Mayo. Tasty yes, but not so healthy.
The low fat mayos taste horrible.
And you do need mayo with egg. Lots of it.

The Girdwood banjo, was worth the rainy nights that Belfast is famous for. Bread just the right side of defrosted almost stale yolk runny with a dash of pepper, cup of tea to polish it off. The Aldershot cement company have a lot to answer for when it comes to cuisine.
