I have used Guntrader before, they pay to promote their site and it's pretty good, however, an auction can bring a better price for the vendor.

Yep I also agree with lurch . Ebay are indeed a bunch of nobbers.. But unfortunately some of us have to use them to make a living...
I have been banned from it before.. Why?... To quote them "for inciting racial hatred".... How?.. Easy...
I posted a ww2 photograph album belonging to a German soldier.. Even harder to stomach was that when I complained... and I didn't hold back, it transpired that the complaint had come from eBay.de, yep.. The German site had complained about a listing of war time pictures taken by one of their own... The pictures were nothing to write home about, some guys on horses,. Pics of buildings. Guys sat around a fire. Boring really.
If there was a viable alternative then eBay wouldn't see my **** for dust.

This is the danger of monopolies - and Ebay is an effective internet auction monopoly - their position gives them a lot of power and a lot of people can get hurt when it is exercised arbitrarily.
You could replace it with a dead frog. No need to clean the cage and food costs are minimal.
