Inlaws have just brought me back a bag of dulce from ireland cracking surprise as i love the stuff, must be the ultimate beer snack :D . Just got to make sure the little mussels are picked off..
Anyway what other seaweeds have you folks tried and whats worth trying. I know most are edible but i don't really know by lava from my bladderwrack. If ive got an idea I can try and find some of the ones suggested at the beach.
Cheers

Its such versatile stuff, not only can it be used as a food source; it can be used as a water purifier and as soap and fertiliser!
