Just had my first taste of the dorset naga raw, god its hot but I still ate it they now have them in tesco....have a try.....and let me know what you think

Aaaah, :D

I like hot, but I like hot with taste. Too often folks just pile ont he heat without making the flavour good.
So, does this Naga come recommeded then ?

I use naga based sauces, they are not for the faint hearted.

They don't destroy the taste, but they can have a very real effect on people. If you have problems with Tabasco don't do the Naga thing as they can be well over 20 times stronger.

I used a teaspoonfull in a pound of beef in a chilli I was making, that was too much for one person at the table and we quite like spicey foods.

I must say that they have a very distinct taste I've just made a dry beef curry and its not overly hot I used 5 naga I will be using them at the next meet for the curry
