doh not another knife??

hello, i recently bought a stainless stell mora training knife, i had previously used a carbon steel clipper, which i could sharpen easily with my sharpening rod, however when i use this with my stainless steel blade, it jus creates burrs, and now my knife is totally serrated from this. Can anyone reccomend an alternative sharpening method???

polish you can polish the edge on a bit of leather with or with out abracive paste.. i use a starkie sharp and starkie paste which works very well its avalible from axminster tools though it is by no means the only one on the market nor is it better than any old bit of leather
