Does anyone have an old school survival aids sleeping bag??

I am looking for any pics on it but cant find any ,Does the old survival aids pertex/pile bag have a couple of pieces that go across the face and close with velcro ?similar to the buffalo superbag as it has zips for arm access.any pics appreciated.

I have a 4season outer bag , but I can't upload pics at the moment as it doesn't work from my phone .
the hood is like the buffalo one as you can zip it down over your face and zip itfrom the top down. It has arm zips aswell.
