I have a favour to ask :)

Would folks who have knives by Mark Hill (Hillbill) post a photo or two on this thread ?

It'd be good if you would describe it and let us know how you found it in use too :D

I want a little skinner replacement for my Aitor.

cheers,
Toddy

I have.
He made me a damascus knife for my birthday earlier this year.
Here's some pictures:

It is extremely well-made and I cannot recommend his work high enough.
Everything about the knife is 'tight'. Feels good and solid, very sharp, and just what I wanted.
Mark was very good at listening to what I wanted and was good at communicating and showed me several designs and sketches so the knife was what I wanted it to be.
In use it is perfect. Nice snug fit to the sheath keeps it where I want it and the sharp edge makes it good at carving and general knife-use.
I'd happily have another from him.

That's mine sheath and blade by mark but I did the handle so don't judge his product on my lack of experience or talent lol. It really is a lovely blade it's 01 and handles superbly not a lot else to say really I love it. Oh and the photo wasn't with my normal camera and it came out fairly rubbish but yeah it gives you an idea of it.
