Two basic knives i like very much:
A sailor´s knife by "Loewenmesser", carbon blade, wooden slabs, leather sheat. Produced since I dont know how many decades, a real classic and quite cheap at 55,-
The other one is a Mora wit SS blade and everything else being plastic.
Both knives do all the chores they have to and dont break the bank. They are so similar in shape that I come to think that a truly simple and functional design will never need to
be changed.
