OK - thanks Matt for doing Saturday - quite willing to give you a hand (= learn what to do) I take it you don't want any pigeons
Maybe next time if it's ok I could do Saturday and someone else do Friday - I just need to build my skills/confidence a bit before taking on a large group cook-in for a Saturday for something other than corned beef hash.
Re the corned beef hash I will bring enough ingredients for:
Matt
Elines
Ged
Fugitive
and I'm sure there will be enough (probably more than enough ) for Warthogiam too - and maybe breakfast as well
So if I've missed anybody out - apologies - or if anyone turns up unannounced it will all be ok - there should be plenty
I'd also still like to try out my griddle - probably be pancakes but if anyone fancies doing some bacon (say) then they are welcome to have a go with it
