Day out

Hello, I was out on a walk today looking for campsites to use and just a nice day out

Firstly can anyone tell me what has made this hole? the diameter is around 15 inches, my first thought was a fox but im not too sure...

Also have some images from around a clearing i found by one of the run off's from the river

Brill pics dude, and looks like a nice day out, the hole, could be a badger set? maybe next time your up that way, have a look around for other holes in the area, tracks around the entrances or in soft ground nearby, also have a look at any fallen logs or at the bottom trees as you may find scratch marks.cheers chap.

Thanks everyone, Its a nice little place
It could well be a badger, i looked for other holes and didnt see any and couldnt spot any tracks around the area, but i am no expert at tracking!

The can was made by marooned off this forum and swapped! Its great over the fire. I am looking to replace it with a zebra billy can one day, but it works great for now!
