Can you pm me an email addy? There are 16 on the list so far and - I cant manage antything larger..... OOooer missus. However, I am suure a few will drop out closer to the time - we will also have attendees who will just want to chill and not go to far - until we know the full picture it will be hard to plan. I shall put you on a reserve list and include you in emails etc.

The first thing I need to do is email everyone with a few questions just to see what they want out of the weekend, then we can go from there

Thanks buddy. I checked the bunkhouse availability with the booking officer and it's free on the first weekend of February as is everyone who want to attend

Over the last fortnight or so I have been out to recce some routes and challenges for those that would like it

I shall get on the case and book up the bunkhouse this week.


I love it when a plan comes together...

Thanks for that If they just want a deposit I shall pay it up front. if they require full payment in advance it will be around £140 for Fri and Sat night (total) so it will (provided we get everyone) be around a tenner a head per person... I'll report back if I need to collect the £140 in advance...Oh... I still don't have everone's email addresses - if I haven't got it can you ping it over on pm please???Once I have the email addis I'll bang more info...
