Say hello to the little fella I met the other day. I'm pretty certain he's the common scorpion found in Iberia, Buthus occidentus. I am actually gutted that I didn't have the camera when I found the centipede Scolopendra cingulata under a rusted bit of iron, 'cos that was really impressive; about a foot long and coloured like a sunburnt hornet.....not one you want to find in your boot...
