If the plasters get annoying, you could superglue the flappy bit back, I did it on a bad slice from glass and it healed quite quickly. At least you will have an interesting scar!

Edit: Superglue stings a bit so don't put too much on ;)

A&E would have been the best place to go but unless you can get there in less than one hour from injury the nurses will have a really hard time to get anything done with the wound other than clean it and apply bandages etc. So by now its a bit late.
Hope it stays clean and heals up ok.
