Right well first of all this is my first attempt at handling a knife, I bought the blade from "hillbill" and he also made my sheath. I didn't want to bite off more than i could chew to be honest.

The handles are stabilised elm burr and i used hand tool to do all of the work (I don't know how others do it but thought it worth mentioning).
I really enjoyed working on this project and I'm so proud of the outcome even if it isn't perfect or as beautiful as a lot of the knives made on here.

:D :D make something for her... Like a ring or earing. you've got bits of good wood left, just make something nice of it. The bits that go into ear you can buy from internet for penny's.
