Crusader pouch

Guys, I need a pouch to fit a crusader system complete with bottle....any ideas. I've got a 58 pouch and a plce molle but both of these are too narrow for the crusader mug and would be too short for the whole system. There on ebay for 15 quid but seems like a lot to me, are there any alternatives for less money or does anyone have one to sell or trade. Cheers

I bought one of the cheap ones for a fiver, then stitched on old bit of webbing, in a loop, so it would hang nicely from my belt.
5 minutes stitching.

Similar here, £6 ex issue desert waterbottle pouch. Had a pair or straps on the back already. Cup was tight originally but its slowly loosening up.

Yep! ive got the water bottle pouch with spanish clip! works a treat!

Dave, thanks mate but I'm sorted now. Completes my summer compact kit perfectly. All fits into a 25ltr backpack, including chair with the crusader on a belt.

Ok, first of all my forces 25 with belt kit


In the belt kit

Crusader, w/ bottle and cutlery


Spare bottle for bed time P


Spair w/bottle,mug and hexy


Bivvy poles



H/light, brew kit, plastic spoons Nd lantern and firesteel in first pouch


Bog roll, wet wipes, tooth brush in 2nd pouch



Fak,spare pegs,para cord, storm matches and a no9 in the 3rd pouch


Main compartment starts with wooley hat, followed by


3days rations and folding saw and mora robust


Jetboil and softie jacket and


MVP socks and softie trousers and


Poncho and arctic bivvy bag and lastly


DD 3x3 with cord and pegs

Strapped to the bottom is a nato 5 season mat with a basha rolled up inside and a tripod folding stool.

Dont ask what it weighs lol

Yep in pic 10 theres a opinel no9 and in pic 14 you can just see the grey handle of a mora robust

I havnt tried it yet but i reckon softie suit combined with bivvy bag and base layers should be ample for summer
