Another variation:
I use the Crusader with a Meth burner (medium size coke can) and a US cooker.
(the lid I made at home, and has a cotton web handle so it doesn't rattle or burn your hand.)
Incidentally Here is a photo of the two versions, Mine and Globetrotter's, so you can see the difference.
Globetrotter(left) is burning gel, mine(right) is burning meths they seemed to cook around the same time, but the gel leaves a mess, where as meths burns to nothing.
