Hello everyone. I was in the woods today and I began to wander if cow parsley root had any uses. So when I got back I began to search and found this website immediately, which says that it can be cooked and eaten. Can anyone verify this before I go out and get poisoned by the plant in question. I would really like to think it has a use other than the leaves.

The roots must be cooked, unlike the leaves that may be eaten raw..... be careful though as it can be mistaken for other Toxic species.... so make sure you have identified it correctly before trying it.
