couple of knives and ferro rods

sorry for the naff pics... its now dark and my phone camera is rubbish but have a few new toys to play with! just finished a couple of knives and the posties been with a new ferro rod ("light my fire" army 2.0 with striker/whistle)
top knife is made from a left over piece of 5mm o1 carbon steel, bottom is 3.5mm rwl34

Well done! I generally don't respond to these sorts of setups (sheath, grind, grips etc...) but this one appeals to me.

I very much like the look of this knife Mark. Not too thick a blade either. A nice kydex sheath with dangler attachment would be good I think - but hey, that's just my preference and what you've done looks great!

while waiting for more stainles tube to finish the last rwl34 bush knife i knocked up a kydex sheath for my own, havnt managed to source any fancy hardware screws yet so had to use what i had

thanks, i had a few more on the go and finished the last today, one not in the pic has gone to a new home in Austria already the other three pictured here
top one is mine and one of the other two sold waiting to be posted. looking forward to making something different after making a few the same
