Countryside live - Harrogate, October 19th & 20th

Just booked our annual tickets to "countryside live" at the great Yorkshire show ground.

It's a fabulous family day out. £22 for a family ticket and highly recommended.

Well it was a great day again and the weather held off. There was rope making, felt making, traditional joinery, black smithing (including a farriers competition). Green woodworking, willow weaving, baking, Bush crafting. Old tools. New tools. Falconry, leather, wool sheepskins, dog dancing, goat milking, digger driving and archery to name but a sample.

We're all shattered and will be going again next year.
