Leathermans are over-rated, I got a multi tool from a garage on a promotion, you know the ones spend £10 on petrol and buy this for £3.99!
I have had it about 10yrs used it loads for all sorts of jobs and it is still going strong.
Leathermans have now just become one of those - Ooo a leatherman!! let me give you my bank account details for it!!!  Bits of kit that everyone thinks they must have!!
Only my opinion of course... :D

Costco price £27 inc VAT

My friend went to Costco tonight to pick one of these up, but they were asking £63 inc. VAT.

Suffice to say he didn't get one!. :D

I.... the knife is ok but I find it a bit bulky for my liking.
Depends on the size of your hands - most normal sized multi-tools slip between my fingers, but there are a few that fit just right - Surge, Legend800, Swisstool amd PST2 among them.

Bah, what can I say? I was born a Victorinox man and I shall die a Victorinox man.

While i do not have the "venom" about leathermans :D ;)

I have the Victorinox version and it has outlasted my friends leatherman. I am still on my first (which is a sweet as a nut, everything still clicks into place) and my friend is on his fourth leatherman. i should add because they have broken and fallen apart, not because he is a kit junkie :lmao:

Hi Guys, sorry about the duff gen. A guy from our office when back last night to buy a few to bung on eBay and they had been labelled wrongly!

£50 not £27 (but not the £63 quoted below! strange place this Costco), still a really good price but not quite the steal they were.

I've been carrying a leatherman crunch for about 10 years now :) Very happy with it, and a great tool for the motorbike :)

Had some of the cheap one's, and just killed them all

You obviously got a decent one before they went into global mass production :lmao:

Global mass production? HAH! Isn't it just too bad that Victorinox's quality control is consistent even after all these years and after all these millions and millions of lovely red pocket knives? heheheh

Alright I'm done. :D
