While safety should not be discounted ...

I am looking at a machine that has sat gathering dust for 6 months or more.
Has less memoury than a £10 mobile phone
Any charge in the PSU left a long time ago. It is no more than a source of free steel.
Any coating on the metal will have gone by its 2nd use. ( and no I dont intend to use it indoors or inside a tent !!!)

if you get a disc cutter you should be able to get a metal slitting disc these are a lot thinner than teh normal metal cutting discs and will cut faster and with less heat etc due having to do less work they are Approx 1mm thick

Thanks, I think that If I am to buy a cutter of some sort I will have to make 5-6 stoves and do swaps to make it worth my while!!!
