Climbed both and i'll admit that due to the polishing problem on the staircase i found cenotaph the least worrying climb, a truly superb place to climb, always strange feeling having jets fly past below you :You_Rock_

Due to the move to the big smoke not been out much recently and i can't stand climbing walls (breathing in all that chalk dust can't be good for your lungs).
Pinnacle of my climbing? Climbing the TUBE on the great white cliff's of Dover before it fell down  Chalk climbing rules, but make your own gear as it will have rusted by the top :D

Done plenty of HVS in Wales, Lakes and France, but by far the most impressive where the sea cliff climbs near Lands end. (Amazing views) Just took a couple of years out from climbing after a few slips on The Roaches at the wrong time of year. Made me contemplate somewhat. Only yesterday was pawing my rack wondering if I should return to it or just sell my gear and take up a safer pastime.

I sold my rack once. :(
It's not as final as it may seem. When you decide to get back into it think of all the shiny things you get to choose between. :D

I've almost got a guilty concience about living in Cumbria during foot and mouth. The shops were offloading everything so they could go into limbo and ride it out. I can barely lift my new gear bag.

I'm a tree surgeon and so spend a lot of time at the top of trees, i also used to instruct high ropes courses and accessing work... i guess that counts... doesn't it?

More a hill walker than climber; I tend to work round obstacles than climb over them. Mostly walked in Scotland many years ago. Have done a bit in Iceland, with a guide.

Highest I‘ve been was Mt Fuji (12,390 ft, 3,776 m) in August 1994. Walked up overnight, but didn’t quite make the summit for dawn. Very organised and well trodden - not a climb to do if you want solitude! It was a very hot year - 40°C in the shade. The heat really hit me on the descent.

I used to climb many moons ago. The army used to take us off to Bavaria and sometimes Switzerland for "Adventure Training"! I've done DiaVoletza (Devils Mountain) on the Swiss/Italian border and climbed the ice wall on Piz Palu on the Italian side (both on the same weekend.) I don't remember too much about the climbs, but the evenings in the local Gasthof, with my guitar, bodrahan and one of the lads with his pipes, and a bevvy of randy fraulines - ah! I remember it well.

Nowadays I just ramble and scramble.
