Clear2go water bottle

While looking for a water filter on the net I came across the clear2go water bottle and wondered if anyone had used them before?

I have ordered a Millbank bag so I will that in my pack but just wondered if the water bottle type of filters are any good or would it be better to get a pump filter for the pack?

They'll do some filtering but it depends on how dirty the water is. For that money, you'll still get some nasties through if the water is bad.

For certain clean water i'd be wanting to go with one of these if it's a bottle you're after.

I have a one of these that I got on ebay for when the water needs filtering.

Removes impurities and reduces chlorine taste and odour

makes me think brita filter rather than bug filter but it might make the water taste better post puritab

After reading the info again I have to agree about it sounding like a protable Brita filter. Hadn't thought about it being used after a pritab, for the price i might give it ago.
