Very nice work there mate, you didn't do all them by hand carving did you?
No wonder your giving the coffee away, that's some caffeine rush you had when you carved all them spoons.
But fantastic idea, people always appreciate the personal touch.

It's my first attempt with a piece of spalted maple , a little more challenging to carve than green wood .
Axes and knifes .
They do look nicer in the hand than the pics .

Indeed the spalted one is looking beautiful, if you have the time a little more work on the handle would bring the shape up to the elegance of the others - not a criticism, just a suggestion...

I have no issues with suggestions because I have seen many items on this site by many members that surpass my skills and experience .
I did have further plan on the spalted maple but wanted to get it in the pics of coffee spoons , I have some larger pieces of the same pile so I'll post some pics when new spoons are made .
