The season is well upon us...the Puddings were made several months ago, the cake has been fed, and the store is loaded with the remainder of last years cider...and my ham is hanging and drying. Soaked in a brine of cider, sugar, salt, treacle, juniper berries, bay leaves and black pepper corns for 12 days and then smoked for 24hrs...

Mmmmmm nice. My Pops does one every year, just cant beat it for crimbo dinner wth gravy..
