Does look like it has undergone a re-shaping though. - it is of course entirely possible that I'm wrong, that has been known to happen. lol.

more likley the line is the change in hardness having diffent polish levels (does that on the Argos axe as well ;) )

the argos axe is normally £12

its definatly had a new handle if it is so £14 isnt that bad a price

heres my argos one cleaned up has the same 4" bit and 6" poll to edge but more upswept top than this one (tho its still more than i would expext i think the hudson pattern is flat on the top )

I would put 50p on that being a member from here judging by the style of one of the photos.

Still, its cheap enough at the moment and there's a bit of work gone into it so why not?
 
Well it ain't me lol!

If it is a reworked Argos or not it's cheap for what you get.

I have some similar heads to the Argos but they are old(ish) & have their weight stamped on them. They are nice carvers.
