The Rainy Side of the Lakes.
If you like to sleep near your fire, I've found a cheap and light(ish) alternative to a swag for keeping the any errant sparks off your sleeping bag:

Although it's a sleeping bag liner, it's made of quite thick cotton and it's easily big enough to fit over a sleeping bag without compressing the insulation. It fastens with press studs up the front, so it's even better for those with front fastening sleeping bags.
