Try this, both Hugo & I have one and it's a superb bit of kit for the money, a lower centre of gravity makes it safer too and the preheat tube makes it usable in the winter too http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Gasoline-...ng_CookingSupplies_ET&hash=item1c1b14b20e,the chap selling it offers a Best Offer option too, try him out on it as he will talk pricing, both Hugo & I got ours for less than the seller was offering them at, in fact i think Hugo got his for about a quid less than i did - what a git:lmao:

I have on too and I mentioned it in a recent post here somewhere relating to the pocket rocket.
Mine cost about £3 and you can't beat it for that.

Money well spent IMO. It's "quite" well made and is very small and lightweight.

Wilkinsons were doing some quite impressive pocket rocket clones in the summer. I got myself one and it did a good job (so much so my mate borrowed it and still hasnt given it back) so got myself one of these http://api.viglink.com/api/click?fo....m1497.l2649&jsonp=vglnk_jsonp_13579186224422 which is lovely and lightweight, karrimor do a virtually identical version for around £15.

Asin Wilkos? didnt know they did camping stuff. The idea is to be able to put it in a billy can not got that yet going to see what the smallest gas canister is and then get a tin to match, so the burner will either need to be realy flat or fold up small to allow me to put other items in there. ie coffe, tea bags, sugar, spoon, cuppa soup. as much as possible really im trying to get everything packed as sung as possible

Wilkos do some camping bits in the spring, some of it is pretty good. The smallest stoves I've found recently are the optimus crux (not cheap) and the one I linked to or a similar karrimor version http://www.sportsdirect.com/karrimor-x-lite-ti-stove-2012-787169?src=google. A jetboil would be perfect for you as they are a self contained unit that everything fits into, including a gas canister, but they are not cheap at all.

Not cheap, but for stability and size I use the trangia triangle, with the gas adapter when I want gas, but to be honest mostly just with meths burner. I can fit my whole cooking set into a webbing pouch that way (not including gas canister - but including meths if I use that). You could probably get the meths set up less than £20.

However if you are after just a simple gas stove, I would recommend patience with ebay. A few months ago I got an old epigas stove and a few pans for less than 8 quid. Just stick at it and dont worry if you get outbid.

Otherwise, this is on amazon:
