I have some chaga that looks like bark now is that used for tea or for tinder or both?

The black outer is only used for tea, the orange inner is used for both tinder and tea .

thanks I will try it as tea then I did give it a go to see if it would take a spark but no go even made a fine powder still did not take a spark so tea it is....
