I think your correct it looks like an air feed line at the last part of the video...

One quiet summer I did a bit of temporary delivery driving to make ends meet.

There was a guy that built miniature steam engines in a shed workshop that I used to deliver materials to and we used to chat a bit about whatever he was working on at the time. Amazing chap.
