Can anyone help me to ID this tree?

These photos were taken 23rd April in NE Scotland. Located in an old plantation and surrounded by Birch, the tree appears to have been coppiced at some point. My best guess is either Goat Willow, Hazel or Wych Elm. Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks, Stew

Looks like goat willow to me, spring is late there compared to down south, catkins have been and gone in my woods.

Goat willow gets my vote too. The buds look right, the bark is pretty spot on too.
