Just sorted a list for what I think I need for base camp

tripod (over fire)
camp chairs
camp tarp
folding table
cold box
utensil holder
wooden spoon
fish slice
serving spoon
chopping board
mixing bowl
duch oven
water containers
game larder (fly net)

I have some but any sugesstions where to get others? (camp chairs, utensil holder and table)

am I taking too much for a base camp (5day trip)

any suggestions?

depends how much weight you can take. If you're car camping, it's not a big deal. But if you're carrying it in (I hope not with a folding table), you could probably cut unnecessary stuff out.

It is where I can get veichle access but want to be comfortable due to trying to convince Mrs that is good fun.

take as much as you want then! When I was camping last year, I even saw someone with a battery powered hoover for their tent

Radio, kitchen box containing your foodie basics such as salt, pepper, herbs, ketchup, jam etc (tool box is good for this).

Barberquing utensils cos then she can use them and help with cooking and its civilised and a griddle if u have one
