In my wanderings around Youtube I came across a channel which I think folks on here will like. The channel is called AlmazanKitchen
The gentleman does some amazing cooking over a campfire using traditional equipment and with some very simple recipes. Ok, I know a lot of folks on here won't have access to the heavy clay baking pots he uses but those can be replaced with Dutch Ovens very easily. You might also have to adapt some of the ingredients but again that's not hard at all to do. For instance he uses Mangalica fat which turns out to be fat from a breed of sheep called Mangalica.
Here's the video for his slow cooked lamb shoulder, try not to drool too much Also, here's a link to his channel.
