Cam Corder????

Im after a cam corder for general stuff out and about, nothing to fancey or to many buttons... im not good with gizmo's really, and the wife will use it and she is worce than me...

im after spending around £100-150 on something that will last a while without having to be updated to be copatable with other stuff in 18 - 24 months.

any ideas very welcome, and in advance, THANKS people...
