buying woodland

more of a pipe dream than anything else, but would be interested in anyone on the forum has had experience in buying woodland.

seen quite a few for sale all over the uk - and it would be a wonderful thing to have you're very own patch of woodland for bushcrafting in (ofcourse nice to let others use it too..)
