I've been looking at getting myself a small folder. First I checked out some Sheffield makers (Ablett, etc) but I've heard some comments about dodgy workmanship at times.

So I found a good price on the UK Pen Knife on newgrahams.com - £30 shipped.

Has anyone else ordered through their website, from the UK?

You May get stung for import duty @ 18% and shipping from the US is usually expensive. I know members on British Blades have ordered from them, so it may be wise to ask there.

Recently ordered a small folder carving knife from States, it was £50.00 plus postage which cost me another £9.00. On arrival it cost me the duty plus 20% VAT and £8.00 to Royal Mail for administration. an expensive lesson!! Tread carefully.
