Bushie knife Shark #4

I thought of making this one a little more exlusive. I am using masur birch and alternative ivory in the scales, along with 0.8mm vulcan fiber and 1mm tin inlays.
It´s in glue clamps at the moment, but tomorrow night the handle will be ready for finishing work.

I can see a scrimshaw on the sides on this one, I´m just wonder what kind of motives I should use.

Any suggestions?

Thanks guys! I am really pleased with it at this point. My wife showed me a picture tonight that I think I am going to use. It should be cool to scrim in color, but I think this one is going to be in black&white. But suggestions is still welcome!

This is the knife before scrim, sanded to 1200. I have used bark color, and oiled just the birch part of the handle in several layers. I kind of like it

Now is the question, scrim now or let a possible buyer decide the motive?

Have you narrowed down which Motif you would place on it?
Maybe best to let the buyer decide.

I love the change and contrast of the Tin against the Fibre against the wood

Could you upload some shots of it 'in the hand' to give an idea of scale please?

I'm absolutely sure that this is one your best works. Concerning the motif, let the customer decide.

Hi Frederick! Thank you, yes I think I must agree, I felt such a good feeling near the heart region when I saw how the wood turned out after coloring and oil. I was a very nice feeling, almost a "keeper" feeling...

I can give measures of the handle part of the knife:
Belly from beginning of where the finger part meets the edgeto the end at the curve up to spine : 90mm

The spine, beginning from front of the scale to the end of the scales at the back : 102mm

Regarding priceing (editing the priceexamples) let see what it will end up with if and when it goes on sale.
