I got to speak to some of the team at the Bushcraft show. Apparently they are aware that some people have been billed even though they didnt have their 6 editions sent out first, they blamed an IT issue and appear eager to resolve the issue however, they stated that they have no way of knowing who was affected and are reliant on people contacting them to alert them that it affected them. They are also aware of mailing list issues and that certain people are not recieving their magazines. They asked for 2 weeks to allow the teardown of the bushcraft show and then for people to contact them so they can rectify any issues.
