What are peoples views on Bushcraft Magazine at the moment? To specifiy, this is the one that is readily available and seems to be in love with Bear Grylls..

Cheers

i long ago washed my hands of the bushcraft and survival skills magazine. too tabloid-glossy-advert-money driven with duff editing IMO

The bushcraft magazine on the other hand is obviously run and edited by actual enthusiasts :)

I did try the bushcraft and survival skills one but not to my tastes. The bushcraft magazine is however very down to earth and enghusiatsitic. I've got an article of my own going in there in the spring. :)

All magazines seem to be very expensive these days. I've flicked through the bushcraft and Survival skills mag in WH Smiths.

I've just ordered the current issue and two back issues from Bardsters site though.:)

I must admit I have a subscription to both and enjoy reading them.

Bushcraft magazine has a more down to earth, basic feel to it which fits my attitude towards bushcraft and bushcraft and survival magazine is a bit more commercial which fulfils the kit junky in me.
