and "buffalo chips" on the north american prairies... i used dried cow pats as fuel on my way back from Wolf Creek Crater in 2005, too and it did the job to cook my diner

it's the world's second largest asteroid crater on land, about 800m across and 300000 years old ; there's also a (horror) movie called "wolf creek" which was filmed after i went there...

didnt know about that. I went to meteor crater when I hitch hiked across america in 2017. Wasnt wolf creek an australian film?

yes, forgot to mention: the crater is in the desert near Halls Creek in northern W.A. ; i would however suggest taking 4WD instead of a Ford Festiva for a trip to Wolf Creek (although my beloved "festiva" performed well!)
