Hi, I recently broke my Francis Barker ''NATO'' brass Button Compass and was just wondering if anyone knows if they are fixable & if so where / who to contact.
cheers

Hi depends how "broken" it is.

I have an old one I don't know the age, but occasionally the dial gets stuck against the glass, a gentle tap on the side usually sorts this out.
If your compas is crushed or the glass is broken I'd look at getting a new one, I'm not sure how you'd even start to take one apart, but it would be fiddly and easy to break.

This shop in Norwich has sold them but looks like they might be out of stock. I've used this shop since I was a scout...30+ years, they sre good guys and I'm sure will try to help or advise you if you give them a call:
