I think it's 5' 3" - 5' 8" ish...

That all depends. I'm 5'10 and a size 3 is too big for me. Ideally you need to try one loaded to see.

i am 5ft 5in and i have a size 2 Vulcan. it fits me perfectly, even with heavy winter mountain loads.
