That's the bit that most folks forget; it all takes time. It takes persistance, it takes patience, and eventually that all builds up the muscle and brain/hand/eye coordination that really leads to skill.
No way to cheat on it, and no amount of reading about it and expurting, gives that.

Well done :)

Tell you though, you fair learn to appreciate someone else's hand work too :D

I have not made anything with processed brambles ... but my bramble baskets last year on year (even if they look rough!) - bramble is tough stuff!

Have experimented with stitching planks for a sewn plank boat with brambles. Very tough and long-lasting.
